Providing therapy to adults and teenagers, trained in the relationship-led, integrative tradition.
My Journey
I came to this career path the long way! After many enjoyable years working both as a teacher, bridal teacher and working in the community with adults and teens, my husband and friends saw enough to lobby heavily for a career change. While I have always been drawn towards supporting friends and pupils through their challenges, qualifying as a therapist has helped me to develop and structure those skills further. Seeing the daily progress my clients are experiencing is truly humbling and a privilege.
Practice Information
My practice serves adults and teenagers who come to therapy for a wide range of issues. I mainly work with Anglos both online and in my Bet Shemesh practice. My practice is a warm and safe environment with its own private entrance, in a quiet road with parking available. Sessions are typically 50 minutes. English is my working language. If you would like to find out whether we are a fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone or video and we can find out together.

My Approach -Â The Right Tool for the Moment

My style is warm but direct. I am interested in what is happening in your life, developing a deep understanding, working with you utilizing therapeutic frameworks and approaches to work through and overcome challenges and grow.

There is no single map of the human psyche. Every person who walks into therapy brings a different combination of history, temperament, hopes, and stuck places. The work of therapy is not to fit you into a school of thought. It is to find the approaches that actually move you forward.
Â
My training is relationship-led and integrative. Integrative means that I am draw on several therapeutic traditions and I utilize them as the moment calls for it. Some sessions are exploratory and others get more practical, with tools you can take home and try. Some sessions will go back to early patterns while others focus entirely on what is happening this week.
Â
What ties it together is that the choice of tool is never about my preference. It is about what serves you, in this conversation, with this issue, at this point in your life. The work is yours. My role is to bring a wide toolkit, a steady presence, and the honesty to tell you what I see.
